We’re hiring a detail-oriented, career-minded individual to support our operations and client onboarding team in a mostly remote position, with in-office collaboration once per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Submit merchant accounts for processing
- Onboard new customers
- Organize files and documentation
- Follow up with clients and resolve concerns
- Communicate professionally via email and phone
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Based in the greater San Diego area (for monthly in-office meetings)
