We’re hiring a detail-oriented, career-minded individual to support our operations and client onboarding team in a mostly remote position, with in-office collaboration once per month.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Submit merchant accounts for processing
  • Onboard new customers
  • Organize files and documentation
  • Follow up with clients and resolve concerns
  • Communicate professionally via email and phone

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Based in the greater San Diego area (for monthly in-office meetings)
