Junior Appointment Setter




Due to our continued growth here at The Growth Agency, We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to all incoming messages received from potential clients, validating potential leads, and setting up discovery calls / sales calls for Sales team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, data entry and analytical skills making them an essential part of our business development efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Responding to all incoming messaging from potential clients via email and social media platforms.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively validate inbound leads through scheduling / taking discovery calls online.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team in line with the criteria provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up with leads.
  • Continuously refine communication techniques based on feedback and results.

Experience

  • One year experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business development practices and negotiation tactics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and appointments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
