Job Description:


As a Sales Opener, your job is to make outbound calls to cold leads, spark interest in our services, and set appointments for our closers. You’re not responsible for closing the deal—just getting your foot in the door and booking that call.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make 50–100+ outbound calls per day
  • Follow a proven script to introduce our services
  • Qualify leads and handle basic objections
  • Book appointments for closers on our calendar
  • Track calls and outcomes in our CRM
  • Improve and refine the script based on feedback and results

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Speaks clearly and confidently on the phone
  • Can handle rejection and keep dialing
  • Is organized, consistent, and reliable
  • Has sales or call center experience (preferred but not required)
  • Is driven by results and commission
  • Wants to grow into a higher-level sales role
