Remote Customer Service Agent- Education
Job Description:
Speak over the phone with potential students (outbound and inbound calls).
Pre-qualify the students to make sure they meet the College or University requirements.
Connect the student over the phone to the University's admissions advisers for further help.
Qualifications:
Must be well spoken with absolutely perfect English (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be detail oriented and able to concentrate for long hours.
Home office required. Must have reliable computer with Window's operating system. Reliable high speed internet connection.
